This product works; but is lower quality that the seller claimed over the phone. After several rounds of email with seller having to wait for feedback from the manufacturer in China; nothing was resolved after one month and seller now ignores me. Rush ordering was a waste of money. There are stains in the steel from the manufacturing process that nothing the seller has suggested will remove. There are also scratches that go in every direction rather than the uniform grains in a name-brand product. I'd still rather have the lower quality at a lower price; but would have appreciated truer claims, more accountability, and integrity.

arrived in a jumble of parts wtih the fan and light button broken ..had to super glue the circuit board and buttons..once assembled it looks nice and contemporary..but cheaply made and it shows.
