We ordered both the power pack exhaust fan unit and the liner and we received it within a week. The items were packaged safely and because we were able to view the specifications on line we were able to custom build our wooden hood unit prior to receiving these items. We are building a house and needed this product for the cabinet maker to build our vent-a-hood. We are pleased with the price of the product and the time of delivery We received this item within 4 days of ordering. Our cabinets have not been installed yet, so we have not actually seen this item in place. Our local home improvement store quoted us a higher price and a 14 day delivery date, so we would recommend ordering from this site.
