Arrived in excellent condition. I am impressed on how fast it makes ice for a family of four. It was larger than I expected, but I love it. I use it every day, it's not just for certain occasions.

Love this little machine, when you have kidney disease you have fluid restrictions and ice is your best friend. We were buying ice every other day (we do have a ice maker in the downstairs frig and it doesn't have size options and its hard for me to go up and down stairs due to CKD) so I purchased this little machine. Easy to set up and run. Highly recommend.

Someone had left a review that the main problem was the ice sticks together so I put the new ice in a large plastic bag and then I can easily break it up. So far this machine does exactly what it said it would.
