This freezer died just under one year of use. We just had a new baby, and in a busy time it took me about a week to call about warranty repair, only to find out we were three days to late. $220 down the drain! Frigidaire said they would give us a 70% rebate if we purchased another freezer, same model (but no rebate on the WA state sales tax, which is nearly 10%) Booo Frigidaire - not good enough, so here is a 1* review for your freezer that did not last even a year.

For the price i paid there is more freezer space in this chest than any other on Amazon. i realize that i probably got a sale price but still...$250 including delivery for 8.8 cu Ft is AMAZING! it fits perfectly in the space i have and holds more than my side by side fridge's freezer in my kitchen. i would recommend this to anyone in need of a deep freeze.

DO. NOT. BUY. THIS. FREEZER.
I purchased this in Feb 2011 and it died in May 2012. All my food went bad and smelled up our entire house. It's nonfunctional now and Frigidaire will do NOTHING for me. This is a low quality piece of garbage. Save your money and DO NOT BUY THIS.
