This would get 4 stars, except the price is ridiculous. I bought this exact same one at Home Depot for $99. The only things i don't like about it, is it's slower than i thought, but i imagine that's with all of these. it only makes around 9 small cubes (the "large" cubes are still small) every 10 minutes or so. also the drain plug is unaccessible unless you hang the unit over the counter and it's difficult to take out -- better off just using all the water entirely or using a cup or rag to remove the water from the top. Also the ice melts fast -- not as frozen solid as when you take from the freezer -- again another issue i'm sure with all of these types of unit. otherwise works very well so far.
